 This privacy policy sets out how Dynamic Rehab Group Pty Ltd ABN: 41 641 741 906 (trading as Dynamic Rehab Equipment) is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. For the purposes of this document, “We”, “Our” or “Us” refers to Dynamic Rehab Group (trading as Dynamic Rehab Equipment) and “You” or “Customer” refers to the consumer or business utilising our services.

Should we become aware of any breaches to this policy statement or you provide us with customer feedback, we will take them seriously. We may ask you to submit your feedback in writing. This may be discussed and shared with staff and our service providers as required. All feedback is dealt with in a fair and timely manner. In most cases, we expect that these will be investigated within thirty (30) days. This is to ensure we have considered all circumstances. Should a response be anticipated beyond the thirty (30) day period, you will be notified either via email or telephone.
