TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dynamic Rehab Equipment (ABN 41641741906) may use the terms “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy in reference to Dynamic Rehab Equipment. Any variation to these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by an authorised person of Dynamic Rehab Equipment.
Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law or any other regulations required by law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, you must refrain from using this website or making a purchase from this website.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for major failure if the goods are deemed unacceptable. Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that automatically apply under Australian Law and cannot be excluded under the Commonwealth Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (ACL). These guidelines do not apply to any returns made in accordance with consumer guarantees or otherwise required by law. Some examples may include:
- The goods fail to meet one or more of the consumer guarantees, such as the product is faulty or does not match the description provided.
- There is a major failure, where the goods are deemed unsafe or not fit for purpose, the consumer may seek a refund or replacement.
- Original proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original receipt must be provided. Please note this is the responsibility of the consumer to provide.
ORDERS
All communications between you and us must be in writing or via our website. Verbal orders must be confirmed in writing within 24 hours.
We assume any order received from anyone in your employ has been placed with your authority and is binding on you.
No quote is binding, unless we have prepared and accepted a written confirmation of order.
WARRANTY
In addition to consumer rights and Australian Law, Dynamic Rehab Equipment also offers warranty on our products. The warranty time frame on each product may vary. It is important to discuss with the team at Dynamic Rehab Equipment should you believe you may have a warranty claim. Consumers are entitled to a warranty replacement, repair or refund should the products:
- Be deemed to be a breach of Guarantee under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable regulations; or
- Where the team at Dynamic Rehab Equipment have deemed the procuts are in accordance with Dynamic Rehab Equipment’s warranty or the manufacturer of the goods
NO CHANGE OF MIND
Products sold by Dynamic Rehab Equipment come with guarantees as represented under Australian Consumer Law.
Should you change your mind, we do not offer refunds or returns (unless in accordance with Australian Law or appropriate regulatory body).
It is the consumer’s responsibility to select goods carefully, as items purchased where you have changed your mind or wrongfully selected goods will not entitle you to a refund, unless the product fails to meet consumer guarantee, such as the item is faulty.
Consumers are encouraged to use our Contact Us Form, to assist the consumer in deciding if the goods are suitable for their needs, before proceeding with their final purchase. Please note, Dynamic Rehab Equipment is not responsible for any wrongfully selected goods or purchases made through this website.
NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
Unless otherwise stated under Consumer Guarantees or Australian Consumer Law, Dynamic Rehab Equipment does not offer returns for the following items due to Health & Safety and possible hygiene risks:
- Goods purchased for bathroom or toileting, such as toilet aids and shower commodes
- Personal garments
- Personal kitchen aids including cutlery and crockery
RESTOCKING FEES
In the event that a return has been assessed, Dynamic Rehab Equipment reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of each item. The consumer will be contacted if a restocking fee applies.
DELIVERY WITHIN NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees on our product/s vary per order. This is dependent on the:
- Quantity and volume purchased
- The location in which delivery of the product takes place

At this stage, Dynamic Rehab Equipment only delivers within New South Wales, Australia.
Upon delivery of our product(s), it is the consumer’s responsibility to inspect it immediately.
The consumer must report to us in writing within 7 days of any damage or defects otherwise we may refuse any claims provided by you.
Any shipping or delivery charges are at the expense of the consumer. Dynamic Rehab Equipment may choose to absorb the cost of shipping on a case by case basis. Please ensure you have confirmation from Dynamic Rehab Equipment before returning any goods, if in accordance with Consumer Guarantees or Australian Law regulations. Please see our No Change of Mind section prior to purchasing any goods from this website.
The products listed on our website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges. Delivery and shipping costs are payable in addition to the price of our product and must be paid by you at the same time as you pay for our product.
Our products are delivered to the address provided by you. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the information, including address, is correct. Additional fees may apply should the order be delivered at an alternate location provided by you.
Delivery dates provided by us are an estimate only. We are under no liability for any loss, stolen or damaged goods.
RETURNS PROCESS
In the event of faulty or damaged goods where a refund is applicable, refunds are processed using the original payment tender, such as EFT or credit card, except for:
- Paypal
- Purchases made with a Dynamic Rehab Equipment credit
- No cash refunds will be provided
